Afternoon session: 1 pm to 4 pm
7. Startup of a typical Hydrotreater
8. Shutdown of a typical Hydrotreater
9. Emergency situations with a Hydrotreater (try various case studies)
10. Failures of equipment associated with typical Hydrotreater
11. Troubleshooting
12. Be an Operator: Hands-On: Operate, troubleshoot, startup, shutdown Hydrotreater
13. Be an Instructor: develop scenarios, introduce equipment failures, develop lesson plans

Who should attend?

The program content is designed for those involved in the petroleum refining,

petrochemical and chemical companies. Operators, engineers, refinery and plant

managers, supervisors would find this program extremely useful to develop new skills

and as refresher training and continuing education.

 

Instructor:

Since 1977, Bharat Kamdar, a Chemical Engineer by profession has been involved in training simulators and working with refinery, petrochemical, energy, utility and power industry project. He is an expert in Operator Training Simulators including experience working with most of the available commercial simulators. Some of his employment experience includes Engineering Manager, Project Manager and Senior Application engineer

He worked as an application (simulation) engineer for 10 years. He has provided custom and standard training courses to companies globally including Exxon, Petronas, US Government and more.
